Oh snap! Guess what? it’s President’s Day. That means it’s a Holiday. which means ..

.. it’s my Cardio Day!

  • 50mins worth of cardio (running on treadmill)
  • 4miles
  • 500+ calories.
YAY! :))
So what’s my stand point about working out and staying fit?
for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come - 1timothy 4:8
Just because someone is working out and staying fit doesn’t mean that person is conceited.
The goal in exercise should not be to improve the quality of our bodies so that other people will notice and admire us. It’s important that we remember to take care of our bodies because it’s a gift from God. But the main goal of exercising should be to improve our physical health so we will possess more physical energy that we can devote to spiritual goals.

Anyhow, Have an awesome day my dear followers!

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.”
- 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Grace & Peace,

Mark Muldez.
