What do you think of homosexuals?

cribofthoughts

When I think about homosexuals the first thing that comes to my mind is molesters. I only say that because I was molested by a homosexual guy when I was a kid.

But what do I think about them now? My heart breaks for them. They are lost in their identity. At the very core of who they are, they are God’s children and He created them in His very own image but because of humanity’s sin, they choose to believe something that is a lie and refuse to fight and cling to their true identity.

I have nothing against them. I don’t look at them differently. I treat as how I would treat a normal person.

Hope that answers your question. Bless you.

To all my awesome followers!

First I want to apologize for being gone for so long. Life has never been the same for me ever since I left California and moved her in Pennsylvania. A lot has changed and I’ve been extremely occupied with so many things. Such as, work, school, ministry and marriage.

I want you to know that I appreciate the messages I have received. They are all in my inbox waiting to be answered. I also just want to thank all my followers for sticking around. You guys are awesome.

School is coming to an end and my wife and I are moving somewhere else this summer. I will announce it where we are moving once we are settled there. God opened up opportunities for us in that place where we can grow, mature, serve and be spent for the Kingdom.

I can’t wait to be back again on this site and be a regular blogger. I miss it a lot. But for now I just thought Id give you all an update. My wife and I are doing okay and The Lord is so good to us.

Stay tuned! Bless you guys!

In Christ,
Mark

"… Here you are scouring through the Scriptures, hoping that you will find eternal life among a pile of scrolls. What you don’t seem to understand is that the Scriptures point to Me.  Here I am with you, and still you reject the truth contained in the law and prophets by refusing to come to Me so that you can have life.” - John 5:39-40 (The Voice Version)

God never intended for the bible to be read, memorized and come out with all these puffed up knowledge. He requires more than just you being a student, He wants you to be a LOVER.
You can read the whole bible and memorize the whole entire thing and never have a relationship with Him coz if that was the case, then the Pharisees and the religious leaders should’ve gotten it right, but they didn’t. Jesus had to confront them.
Maybe we need to ask ourselves this question..
"Am I reading Your Word because I want to take the opportunity today to get to know you more or am I wanting to read today coz I want to check of a list, gain more knowledge so I can brag about my ‘revelation’ to my friends, have all the answers.. etc."
If you’re like me, perhaps we could all use a reality check huh?

Hey guys, #TestimonyTuesday Time!
I met Mann last week in Baltimore. Before he met Jesus he used to be a drug dealer. He “helped” people in his neighborhood get in trouble and get locked up. This guys a leader! One time he got shot in the neck, a bullet was stuck in there and he ended up in jail.
Fast forward he gave his life to The Lord. He is now part of a gospel singing band, and he helps people get outta jail by being a bail bonds man. Oh & did I mention that I got to pray for his neck and for the bullet to melt away and Jesus completely healed his neck & melted the bullet away!
So get this, a leader in the neighborhood just got rocked by Jesus. I guess this changes everything then. #JESUS

You guys! Wanna hear a quick story?
So 3 months ago God brought this amazing lady into my life. It’s so crazy though coz I’m from Cali and she’s from Florida. But somehow God orchestrated the whole thing and now were both moving Pennsylvania. I’m so excited to start this new season of my life with her. I’m so stoked I get to do life, school and ministry with this lady. God is so good to us. SO good!

In Luke 19:10 Jesus said he came to “seek & save the lost” the word save in Greek is SOZO which in its fullest forms means Heals, Restores, Delivers, & Makes whole. It’s used in the New Testament to describe the complete salvation of God that only comes through faith in Jesus Christ.
Jesus did came to preach the gospel and the kingdom of God but he’s preaching was followed with a demonstration of the power of God. (Matt4:23) He went around and did good works and healed those under Satans oppression (Acts10:38)
Lets not forget that when Jesus preached the gospel and the coming kingdom, he demonstrated it with power. Apostle Paul said “the kingdom of God doesn’t consist of talk but power” lets not get that twisted and stay complacent by simply “talking about it. “

Jesus is the Word and anything that we put before Jesus is a form of idol worship. I don’t care what kind of theology, doctrinal views, theologians, pastors or teachers you listen to. If you elevate these things before Jesus and you believe them more than you believe Jesus’ and His words, and instead rooted in these things, I’m sorry to be harsh but you’re worshiping a mere person, idea and information and that is an idol. Period.

It’s been awhile ever since I did a 1-day Sabbatical. it’s basically a day that I set aside between me and God. One whole day/afternoon of just praying, worshipping, seeking, and soaking. So yesterday I decided to go on a 1-day Sabbatical and drove an hour to check out this nature trail I’ve never gone before. It’s suppose to have a really nice and awesome view of the BayArea once you get to the top and also it has a series of waterfalls as you hike your way up.
As I hiked my way to the top, I listened to the audio bible version of the book of Hosea. I probably listened to all 14 chapters maybe at least 3-4 times. I began praying, praising God and marvel at his word, his heart, his character and obviously being in a place where it’s very naturistic made me feel ‘close’ to God. Idk why, maybe that’s just me coz I know He’s everywhere but for some reason nature is where my ‘secret place’ is. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get to the very top of that mountain. I passed by so many waterfalls and awesome scenery.
I finally made it to the very top of that mountain. I found a rock bench and sat there and this time I read through the whole 14 chapters of the book of Hosea. Still praying, talking to God and asking Him to speak to me. My time with him was very intentional. My purpose was to seek him, commune with him, hear from him, and receive from him. It wasn’t a time for me to intercede for others rather it was just a time for me to be still before my Father.
After reading the whole chapter, I stood up, looked over the city and once again, I was amazed by his creativity, loving, gracious heart and his over all majesty. I put my ipod on and worshiped and just praised him. I lost track of time and I must’ve spent 2 hours. So then I went and hiked down and this time I listened to all worship songs and just sang, and worshiped him on my way down. I have to say, I didn’t really have an ‘aha’ moment when I was on the top of that mountain. I didn’t really hear him ‘speak’ to me, even though I asked him to but instead he revealed his heart to me through his word, that alone was enough for me.
So I got to my car and started driving. And I’m thinking, “I have awhile before I get home so I’m gonna continue praying..” Next thing you know I found myself asking God with questions. I asked,

"God, what you did to the Israelites in the book of Hosea. You loved them inspite of their unfaithfulness. Yeah, you were angry but it didn’t stay for too long. You kept pursuing them even though they pursued other things. You kept loving them even though they turn away from you and in the end you still desired to be in a relationship with them. That’s so scandalous. Why God? Why do you love people? Why do you keep doing this? Why are you the way you are? So loving? I want to know why, and I wanna know the answer. Please. I will wait. I have a long drive and I will wait."

So I waited.. and waited and waited. And I didn’t hear anything. So I said, “I guess I’m not getting my answers tonight huh? Hmm. okay. AND THEN, God flips the switch, He answered me by asking me a question..

"Mark, why do you love Kaitlyn? Why are you pursuing this girl? What is it about her that made you love this girl so much? Is it because of her physical features? Is it because of her godly character? Is it because of her heart? What is it? Why do you love this girl? Answer me and I’ll answer you back.

So then I answered back and said,

"God, I honestly, I don’t really know why. I simply just love her. It’s a decision and a choice I made to love her. I mean yeah she’s beautiful both inside and out and those things definitely increase my love, affections and adorations towards her, those things can definitely cause my heart to grow more and more in love with her but that’s really not the reason why I love her, I simply just love her and there’s no long lists of reasons and it’s a choice I made and I have massive peace about it.

And then God answered me back and said,

"Exactly Mark. That’s exactly how I feel about you. The reason why I love people and I do what I do because I simply just do and that’s who I am. The reason why I love you so much and inspite of your shortcomings and your unfaithfulness no matter how many times you’ve broken it, I’m still here loving you and I don’t really have any reason why I love you, I just simply do. And my love for you is long suffering, radical, sacrificial and unconditional.

You guys, after He said, that, I lost it. I started sobbing, so much so that I had to pull over coz I couldn’t drive anymore and my arms weren’t still anymore. And as soon as I pulled over and parked my car, I let it all loose. I wept like a baby and just melted in my car and His spirit descended like a dove and embraced me with his very presence. it was so beautiful to know and learn about the Father’s heart and his love for us. We don’t deserve an ounce his love and there are definitely no list of reasons why he loves us, he simply just does. That’s so liberating to know that we don’t earn our place no matter how much we try to please him or ‘do good’ things, his love is constant, long suffering, enduring, sacrificial,  unconditional. His love truly never fails. So when you feel like giving up, remember to place yourself in the shoes of that prodigal son. That while he was wallowing up in his sins and his unworthiness, his father ran and embraced him and welcome him. God’s love for you is like that. It’s furious and passionate love. His love is incomparable and everlasting.

“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him. The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ Luke 15:20-21”

No, the question is this..
Are you willing and ready to be used by God for His glory and amazing purposes?
Nothing is holding God back from showing himself strong through you, but onlyyou.
Would you be willing and ready to answer His call for your life?

I woke up a few hours ago and as I sit here in my room while sipping some coffee, I can’t believe that my Brazil trip is finally over. It went by so fast! I’m trying to process everything that happened over this past 12 days and if you don’t mind, I wanna share this picture with you, just a couple things that remained with me from that trip.
1. Next YPI trip flyer.2. My YPI name tag.3. Some coins from brazil.4. A man’s I.D who I prayed for his throat cancer and God healed him.5. A letter from raphaela (translator)6. brazilian bracelet.
I also just wanna share a couple of things from my heart and just some of the things that I love about this trip.
First, I came to this trip with no other major expectations than to see God move tangibly in the areas of supernatural, to learn how to walk in the supernatural like Jesus and learn what it means to have a kingdom mindset 24/7.God completely blew my mind away in so many ways. I learned a lot about the Father’s heart towards his children especially to those who are lost. I learned a lot about my identity as a son in the kingdom and how important it is to embrace our identities as sons and daughters of God because if we understood that, everything we do is a byproduct of sonship.Randy Clark, and the rest of his staff are amazing. They are so humble and so genuine. They helped me and the rest of us and really trained us how to walk in love, in truth and in humility. Their character and attitude is so contagious it’s hard not to walk away changed.Of course miracles and healings were part of our normal day to day activities. I’ve seen God worked through me and others in the areas of miracles and healings. I’ve seen Him give sight to the blind, cause the deaf to hear again, make the lame person to walk, and destroy cancers and tumors, and deliver the those who are demon-oppressed and so much more.
Our God is so big and alot of times we put him in a box and we think that he doesn’t work the same way as he did before. And because of that we settle with our own version of Christianity. But this trip really opened my eyes to so much more about our Father through Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit.God taught me a lot of valuable lessons. To let love be the ultimate motivator when serving someone or praying for someone. Great miracles flow out from great love. Coz apart from love it’s just another “doing” it’s just another checklist or religious activity. God showed me how powerful a physical touch and hug can be. It’s one of the ways to demonstrate love. I’ve had so many encounters with the people I’ve prayed for how in the middle of my prayer I would stop and just simply hug them and after that they are either healed physically or emotionally. It has always been about loving God and loving others. One of my favorite memories of this trip was the opportunity to preach before 2000+ young people at a youth event. I got picked to share my life and my testimony and I prayed an impartation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. This was all new to me but God was with me through out my preaching. People were touched, they experienced the power and presence of God, weeping and crying broke out, people were on the ground either kneeling or just fell over because the power and the weight of his presence. It’s such a humbling feeling that the God of the universe and creator of all things would choose me to give my testimony and use me as a sign to those young people who are hungry and lost. Knowing that someone will never be the same after that night I preached is priceless. Our testimonies are important that’s how we overcome the enemy by His blood and by our testimony. Constantly remembering who He is and who we are in Him.After this trip, I will never be the same. I’m never gonna look at people who are blind, deaf, lame, or people with cancer or tumors the same. Because I know God is real and it is his will to heal but the enemy is the one who comes to kill, steal and destroy. Miracles are part of the gospel. They not only prove the gospel but they express the very heart of our Father in heaven. Knowing who our Father is and who our enemy is crucial in our Christian journey. Everything that I learned from this trip, I will impart it to others. Freely I received freely I will give.I’ll close with this.I heard a good friend of mine from this trip said, “if you wanna grow in God, pour yourself out into others. If you wanna grow in God and move in love, compassion, power and humility, pour yourself out because that’s what Jesus did. He poured himself out to the point of death.”That’s my prayer and desire for the rest of my life. And my prayer and desire for everyone who came on this trip. Let us all press in to grow more in God. Hey Sister,
Thanks for reaching out to me and sending me this question. I’m gonna try to answer this as short, sweet as possible.
I praise God for you being so on-fire for him. Keep it up! He has so much in store for you! I’m gonna have to be honest with you, I don’t think this guy you’re with is the best guy for you. I can tell you all the reasons but based on what you just said, I believe that if an individual is so on-fire for God, that person needs to be supported with the same fire and passion or else the other person would just quench your fire and passion for God.
As far as dating, we as Christian, our goal is marriage. So if you’re dating this guy and he’s not really the one leading or being the godly leader, then he can’t be your future husband. Why would you waste your time? How about if you allow him to grow and mature before you guys start dating.
Remember, your future husband, whoever he is, will have an unbelievable amount of influence over your future children especially in regards to spiritual things. If you want your kids to love Jesus deeply, wait for a man that is Godly. Unfortunately, Godly Men are rare. Lots of neat Christian boys, not a lot of Godly men. I see it all the time, especially at my church.
But don’t settle, it is better that you be lonely now than for you to be married and become lonely later. It’s better to wait, than to rush relationship and be ‘caught’ into something and be miserable in the future.
Husbands must be faithful in marriage. They must be good leaders of children and their own families. . 1 Timothy 3:12
I hope this helps you. God bless,MarkMuldez

Hey Sister,

Thanks for reaching out to me and sending me this question. I’m gonna try to answer this as short, sweet as possible.

Let’s put it this way.
I’m not against religion but I’m pointing out institutions or “religious groups” that imposes:
“you have to be this way first before you can join us. You have to do this stuff first before you can join us. you have to be so close to perfection before you can join us.. Etc. ”
but Jesus’ message is simple. Remember when he saw Matthew the tax collector?“Matthew, I know you’re a sinner and a tax collecter, come, follow me! oh and btw, we are eating at your house!”
Jesus did not come for the ‘well off’ but for the sick and wanting. He accepts us as we are when He beckons us to follow Him. He invites us into this beautiful relationship and in the process of that, his kindness leads us into repentance. That’s why we call him Savior.
